NJPN requires that you certify, personally and on behalf of your entity, organization and/or company, this application, and indicate your reading, review, understanding and acceptance of sponsorship and exhibitor guidelines.
SPACE USEAGE AND ALLOCATION
Booth sharing, piggy-backing of complementary companies or any other form of subletting of exhibit space is prohibited. Rulings of NJPN shall in all instances be final with regard to use of any exhibit space. Furthermore, the Sponsor/Exhibitor agrees that NJPN has the sole authority over the assignment of exhibit space.
BADGES AND EXHIBIT PERSONNEL
Admission will be by unique registration only. The Sponsor/Exhibitor shall have an authorized representative present at the NJPN Annual Conference. The name of the authorized representative(s) shall be furnished to NJPN prior to the event date as outlined in above application.
GENERAL
NJPN reserves the right to determine the eligibility and right to appear, sponsor and/or exhibit, of any Sponsor/Exhibitor. NJPN reserves sole control over all admission policies. These terms are established for the mutual protection of NJPN and the Sponsor/Exhibitor. NJPN reserves the right to make such changes in the time schedule or in the general plan as may be deemed by NJPN to be generally in the best interests of NJPN, the Annual Conference and/or the attendees of the Annual Conference. All matters and questions not covered by these terms are subject to the sole and unilateral decision of NJPN.
SOLICITATION & INTERFERENCE
The exhibit booths shall be under the control of NJPN. All displays, interactions with attendees, digital assets, lectures or any other types of activity shall be conducted inside the exhibit space allotted to each Sponsor/Exhibitor.
TERMINATION OF EVENT
If the event fails to take place as scheduled or is interrupted and discontinued or access to the Atlantic City Convention Center is prevented or interfered with by reason of any strike, lockout, injunction, act of war, act of god, emergency declared by any government agency, or for any other reason, this contract may be terminated by NJPN. In the event of such termination, the Sponsor/Exhibitor waives any and all damages and claims for damages. Sponsorship/Exhibitor fees are nonrefundable.
EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
In the event that the Sponsor/Exhibitor wishes to cancel the sponsorship or exhibit approved by and referred to in this Agreement, said Sponsor/Exhibitor must send a notice of cancellation in writing to NJPN, c/o Laura Borrelli. Requests may be submitted via email to AnnualConference@njpn.org or regular mail to NJPN, Attn: Annual Conference, 30 Park Road, Suite 2, Tinton Falls, NJ, 07724. All Sponsorship/Exhibitor fees are nonrefundable.
EXHIBITOR & SPONSORSHIP POLICY
Sponsorship/Exhibiting is contingent upon receipt of payment in full for the respective Sponsor/Exhibitor opportunity. If the full amount of the Sponsor/Exhibitor payment has not been received, admission to the NJPN Annual Conference or the Atlantic City Convention Center will not be granted and a space will not be held. You (Sponsor/Exhibitor) agree that upon acceptance of this Contract by NJPN with payment of the Sponsor/Exhibitor fee, this Contract is legally binding in accordance with its terms, and you are bound by its terms. The individual signing this document represents and warrants that they are duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the contracting entity, organization or company. You and the entity, organization or company agree to be bound by the Application & Contract, Contract Terms, and/or any other regulations established. The Sponsor/Exhibitor also agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as the guidelines set forth in this agreement. NJPN reserves the right to cancel the Sponsorship or Exhibit booth prior to the start of the Annual Conference without any refund of any payment(s) previously made. Terms are enforced regardless of whether or not the Sponsor/Exhibitor attends the event. Should the agreement be referred to a collection agency for any reason, the Sponsor/Exhibitor shall be responsible for all costs and fees associated with any and all collection efforts.
