REGISTRATION FEE:

  • $125 through February 28, 2021
  • $150 starting March 1, 2021

The Registration Fee includes: access to all live and recorded workshop sessions through December 2021; access to all Sponsor and Exhibitor resources; downloadable Conference educational materials; and networking opportunities with Sponsors, Exhibitors, and other attendees.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Your registration cannot be confirmed nor will be activated in the virtual platform until payment has been received/scholarship has been confirmed. Upon completion of payment/confirmation of scholarship, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided above. If chosen to register by credit card, payment will be processed immediately. Check payments must be postmarked by April 1, 2021 otherwise your registration may be cancelled. Online registration will be limited to credit card payments beginning April 1, 2021.

Requests for cancellation with full refund will be accepted through April 10, 2021, after which all cancellations/no-shows will be charged the full registration fee. Substitutions will be accepted through April 25, 2021.
