CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Your registration cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. Upon completion of payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided above. If chosen to register by credit card, payment will be processed immediately. Check payments must be postmarked by May 31, 2025 otherwise your registration may be cancelled. Online registration will be limited to credit card payments beginning May 16, 2025.
Requests for cancellation with full refund will be accepted through May 15, 2025, after which all cancellations/no-shows will be charged the full registration fee. Substitutions will be accepted prior to the event before June 9, 2025 at 5p or at Guest Services on June 12 and 13, 2025.
Photos will be taken during the event and may be used on our website and for promotional purposes. Your registration and attendance at this event constitute your consent to such use of your likeness without payment or other consideration.
